Keene, the handsome and intriguing character, Buzz Watson on TNT’s most popular series - Major Crimes, is quite a fascinating character both on and off screen. Currently known for his role of videographer and surveillance expert – Buzz Watson, on TNT’s original series The Closer, which is also followed up by Phillip’s starring role in Major Crimes, has been one of the most popular characters in the franchise.
